HMS Osiris was a Odin-class submarine submarine, operated by the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number N67. She was named for Osiris. Her keel was laid at Vickers-Armstrongs (Barrow-in-Furness) on 12 May 1927. She entered service on 25 January 1929, having been launched on 19 May 1928.
Her class ran to eight ships. The class followed the L class and was succeeded by the Parthian-class submarine.
The boat displaced 1,781 long tons surfaced and 2,038 long tons submerged. She measured 86.3 m (283 ft) long with a beam of 9.1 m (30 ft). Her designed speed was 17.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 53. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.
She was in commission for 2,014 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 7 March 1945.
She was broken up for scrap in 1946.
