HNoMS Ula was a U-class submarine built for the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number 1943. Vickers-Armstrongs, Barrow-in-Furness laid her keel on 29 April 1942. She entered service on 3 April 1943, having been launched on 22 January 1943.

53 ships of the class were built.
