HNoMS Uredd was a U-class submarine of the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number P41. Her keel was laid at Vickers-Armstrongs, Barrow-in-Furness on 15 October 1940. Launched on 24 August 1941, she entered service on 12 December 1941.

She displaced 540 long tons standard and 630 long tons at full load. She measured 58.2 m (191 ft) long with a beam of 4.9 m (16 ft). Her designed speed was 11.2 knots, and she carried a complement of 27.
