Neghelli was a 600-Serie Adua-class submarine in service with the Regia Marina. The ship was named after Negele. OTO laid her keel on 25 February 1937. She entered service on 28 February 1938, having been launched on 7 November 1937.

Her class ran to 17 ships. The class followed the Perla-class submarine and was succeeded by the Acciaio-class submarine.

The boat displaced 680 long tons surfaced and 844 long tons submerged. She measured 60.2 m (197 ft) long with a beam of 6.5 m (21 ft). Her designed speed was 14 knots, and she carried a complement of 44.

Her main battery was one 100 mm (3.9 in) guns. Her machinery developed 1,200 bhp.

She was in commission for 506 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 19 January 1941, at 32°37′N 26°44′E. The wreck survives.
