USS Deede was a Evarts-class destroyer escort in service with the United States Navy. The ship was named after LeRoy Clifford Deede. She was built by Boston Navy Yard. She entered service on 29 July 1943, having been launched on 6 April 1943.
She was one of 67 ships of her class. The class followed the N/A and was succeeded by the Buckley-class destroyer escort.
Displacement was 1,140 long tons. She measured 88.1 m (289 ft) long with a beam of 10.7 m (35 ft). Her designed speed was 21 knots, and she carried a complement of 156. Her main battery was of 76 mm (3.0 in) calibre.
She was in commission for 767 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 9 January 1946.
She was broken up for scrap on 12 June 1947.
