HMS Bazely was a frigate of the Evarts-class destroyer escort built for the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number K311. Boston Navy Yard laid her keel on 5 April 1942. Launched on 27 June 1942, she entered service on 20 August 1945.

She was one of 67 ships of her class. The class followed the N/A and was succeeded by the Buckley-class destroyer escort.
