HMS Odin was a Odin class submarine of the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number N84. Chatham Dockyard laid her keel on 23 June 1927. She entered service on 21 December 1929, having been launched on 5 May 1928.
She was one of eight ships of her class. The class followed the L class and was succeeded by the Parthian-class submarine.
The boat displaced 1,781 long tons surfaced and 2,038 long tons submerged. She measured 86.3 m (283 ft) long with a beam of 9.1 m (30 ft). Her designed speed was 17.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 53. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.
She was in commission for 287 days of the Second World War.
She was sunk on 14 June 1940. The wreck survives.
