Bévéziers was a Redoutable-class submarine in service with the Marine Nationale. She carried the pennant number 1935. The ship was named after Battle of Bévéziers. Her keel was laid on 4 April 1932. She entered service on 4 June 1937, having been launched on 14 October 1935.
Her class ran to 29 ships.
The boat displaced 2,084 long tons submerged. She measured 92.3 m (303 ft) long with a beam of 8.2 m (27 ft). Her designed speed was 20 knots, and she carried a complement of 61.
Her main battery was one 100 mm (3.9 in) guns.
