HMCS Mansfield was a Wickes-class destroyer in service with the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number G76. Bath Iron Works laid her keel on 28 December 1917. She entered service on 11 November 1918, having been launched on 30 October 1918.

104 ships of the class were built. The class followed the Caldwell-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Clemson-class destroyer.

She displaced 1,090 long tons. She measured 96.0 m (315 ft) long with a beam of 9.4 m (31 ft). Her designed speed was 32 knots, and she carried a complement of 100.

She served with the United States Navy as USS Evans until 23 October 1940. She then passed to the Royal Navy, serving as HMS Mansfield from 23 October 1940. She then passed to the Royal Norwegian Navy, serving as HNoMS Mansfield from December 1940. She was in commission for 966 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 29 May 1922. She recommissioned on 1 April 1930.

She was transferred in March 1942.
