HMS Liddesdale was a Hunt-class destroyer built for the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number L100. Her keel was laid at Vickers-Armstrongs (Newcastle-on-Tyne, U.K.): Parsons on 20 November 1939. She entered service on 28 February 1941, having been launched on 19 August 1940.

Her class ran to 24 ships.

Displacement was 1,000 long tons standard and 1,340 long tons at full load. She measured 85.3 m (280 ft) long with a beam of 10.2 m (33 ft). Her designed speed was 27 knots, and she carried a complement of 168. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.

She was in commission for 1,647 days of the Second World War.

She was broken up for scrap in 1948.
