HMS Puckeridge was a Hunt-class destroyer, operated by the Royal Navy. J. Samuel White laid her keel on 1 January 1940. Launched on 6 March 1941, she entered service on 30 July 1941.

She was one of 24 ships of her class.

She displaced 1,050 long tons standard and 1,430 long tons at full load. She measured 85.3 m (280 ft) long with a beam of 9.6 m (31 ft). Her designed speed was 27 knots, and she carried a complement of 164. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.

She was in commission for 770 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 6 September 1943, at 36°38′N 3°27′W. The wreck survives.
