HNLMS Witte de With was a Admiralen-class destroyer, operated by the Royal Netherlands Navy. She carried the pennant number 1928. The ship was named after Witte Corneliszoon de With. Fijenoord laid her keel on 28 May 1927. Launched on 11 September 1928, she entered service on 20 February 1930.
Her class ran to eight ships. The class followed the Wolf-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Gerard Callenburgh-class destroyer.
She displaced 1,316 long tons. She measured 98.2 m (322 ft) long with a beam of 9.5 m (31 ft). Her designed speed was 36 knots, and she carried a complement of 143.
Her main battery was four 120 mm (4.7 in) guns. She carried one aircraft. Her machinery developed 31,000 shp.
She was in commission for 913 days of the Second World War.
She was scuttled on 2 March 1942. The wreck survives.
