USS Eisele was a Evarts-class destroyer escort in service with the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number DE-34. Mare Island Navy Yard laid her keel on 23 January 1943. She entered service on 18 October 1943, having been launched on 29 June 1943.

She was one of 67 ships of her class. The class followed the N/A and was succeeded by the Buckley-class destroyer escort.
