USS Fair was a Evarts class destroyer escort, operated by the United States Navy. Mare Island Navy Yard laid her keel on 24 February 1943. She entered service on 23 October 1943, having been launched on 27 July 1943.

67 ships of the class were built. The class followed the N/A and was succeeded by the Buckley-class destroyer escort.
