USS Reynolds was a Evarts-class destroyer escort built for the United States Navy. Her keel was laid at Puget Sound Navy Yard on 12 January 1943. Launched on 1 August 1943, she entered service on 1 November 1943.

Her class ran to 67 ships. The class followed the N/A and was succeeded by the Buckley-class destroyer escort.

Displacement was 1,140 long tons. She measured 88.1 m (289 ft) long with a beam of 10.7 m (35 ft). Her designed speed was 19 knots, and she carried a complement of 198. Her main battery was of 76 mm (3.0 in) calibre.

She was in commission for 671 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 5 December 1945. She was struck from the register on 19 December 1945.

She was broken up for scrap on 28 April 1947.
