HMS Hambledon was a Hunt-class destroyer destroyer in service with the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number L37. She was named for A fox hunt in Hampshire. Her keel was laid at Swan Hunter, Newcastle upon Tyne or Wallsend on 9 June 1939. Launched on 12 December 1939, she entered service on 8 June 1940.

Her class ran to 24 ships.

She displaced 1,000 long tons standard and 1,340 long tons at full load. She measured 85.3 m (280 ft) long with a beam of 8.8 m (29 ft). Her designed speed was 27.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 146. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.

She was in commission for 1,912 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned in December 1945.

She was broken up for scrap in 1957.
