HMS Badsworth was a Type II Hunt-class destroyer in service with the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number L03. Her keel was laid at Cammell Laird, Birkenhead on 15 May 1940. Launched on 17 March 1941, she entered service on 18 August 1941.
She displaced 1,050 long tons standard and 1,490 long tons at full load. She measured 85.3 m (280 ft) long with a beam of 9.6 m (32 ft). Her designed speed was 25.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 164. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.
She served with the Royal Navy as HMS Badsworth until 16 November 1944. She then passed to the Royal Norwegian Navy, serving as HNoMS Arendal from 8 August 1944. She was in commission for 1,576 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 16 November 1944.
She was broken up for scrap in 1965.
