ORP Kujawiak was a Type II Hunt-class destroyer built for the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number L72. Her keel was laid at Vickers-Armstrongs, Tyne on 22 November 1939. Launched on 30 October 1940, she entered service on 17 June 1941.
She displaced 1,050 long tons. She measured 85.3 m (280 ft) long with a beam of 9.4 m (31 ft). Her designed speed was 27 knots, and she carried a complement of 160.
Her main battery was six 102 mm (4 in) guns in three twin mountings. Her machinery developed 19,000 shp through two shafts.
She served with the Royal Navy as Oakley until 3 April 1941. She then passed to the Polish Navy, serving as ORP Kujawiak from 17 June 1941. She was in commission for 944 days of the Second World War.
She was sunk on 16 June 1942 by mine, at 35°53′N 14°35′E. The wreck survives.
