ORP Krakowiak was a Type II Hunt-class destroyer built for the Polish Navy. She carried the pennant number L115. Her keel was laid at J.S. White, Cowes on 5 December 1939. Launched on 4 December 1940, she entered service on 28 May 1941.

Displacement was 1,050 long tons. She measured 85 m (279 ft) long with a beam of 9.5 m (31 ft). Her designed speed was 27 knots.

Her main battery was six 102 mm (4.0 in) guns in three twin mountings.

She was in commission for 1,558 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned in 1946.

She was broken up for scrap in 1959.
