HMS Grove was a Type II Hunt-class destroyer of the Royal Navy. Swan Hunter, Tyne and Wear laid her keel on 28 August 1940. Launched on 29 May 1941, she entered service on 5 February 1942.

She displaced 1,050 long tons standard and 1,430 long tons at full load. She measured 85.0 m (279 ft) long with a beam of 9.4 m (31 ft). Her designed speed was 27 knots, and she carried a complement of 164. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.

She was in commission for 127 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 12 June 1942 by torpedo, at 32°05′N 25°30′E. The wreck survives.
