HMS Teazer was a T-class destroyer of the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number R23. Cammell Laird laid her keel on 20 October 1941. She entered service on 13 September 1943, having been launched on 7 January 1943.

Her class ran to nine ships. The class followed the Q and R-class destroyer and was succeeded by the U and V-class destroyer.

She displaced 1,710 long tons standard and 2,505 long tons at full load. She measured 110.3 m (362 ft) long with a beam of 10.7 m (35 ft). Her designed speed was 36.8 knots, and she carried a complement of 180.

Her main battery was two 40 mm (1.6 in) guns.

She was in commission for 720 days of the Second World War.

She was broken up for scrap on 7 August 1965.
