HMS Tyrian was a T-class destroyer of the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number R67. Her keel was laid at Swan Hunter and Wigham Richardson, Wallsend on 15 October 1941. Launched on 27 July 1942, she entered service on 8 April 1943.

Her class ran to nine ships. The class followed the Q and R-class destroyer and was succeeded by the U and V-class destroyer.

She displaced 1,710 long tons standard and 2,505 long tons at full load. She measured 110.3 m (362 ft) long with a beam of 10.7 m (35 ft). Her designed speed was 36.8 knots, and she carried a complement of 180.

Her main battery was two 40 mm (1.6 in) guns.
