HMS Viscount was a V-class destroyer, operated by the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number F99. She was named for viscount. Her keel was laid at John I. Thornycroft & Company, Woolston, Hampshire on 20 December 1916. Launched on 29 December 1917, she entered service on 4 March 1918.
Her class ran to 30 ships. The class followed the Nelson-class battleship and was succeeded by the Lion-class battleship.
She displaced 1,120 long tons. She measured 91.4 m (300 ft) long with a beam of 9.1 m (30 ft). Her designed speed was 36 knots, and she carried a complement of 134. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.
She was in commission for 2,035 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned in March 1945.
She was broken up for scrap on 20 March 1945.
