I-368 was a Type D1 submarine in service with the Imperial Japanese Navy. Yokosuka Navy Yard, Yokosuka, Japan laid her keel on 15 July 1943. She entered service on 25 August 1944, having been launched on 29 January 1944.
The boat displaced 1,440 long tons surfaced and 2,215 long tons submerged. She measured 73.5 m (241 ft) long with a beam of 8.9 m (29 ft). Her designed speed was 13 knots, and she carried a complement of 55.
Her main battery was one 140 mm (5.5 in) guns.
She was in commission for 228 days of the Second World War. She was struck from the register on 10 April 1945.
She was sunk on 27 February 1945, at 24°43′N 140°37′E. The wreck survives.
