USS Blakeley was a Wickes-class destroyer of the United States Navy. The ship was named after Johnston Blakeley. Her keel was laid at William Cramp & Sons, Philadelphia on 26 March 1918. She entered service on 8 May 1919, having been launched on 19 September 1918.

She was one of 104 ships of her class. The class followed the Caldwell-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Clemson-class destroyer.

She displaced 1,154 long tons. She measured 95.7 m (314 ft) long with a beam of 9.4 m (31 ft). Her designed speed was 35 knots, and she carried a complement of 122.

Her main battery was four 102 mm (4 in) guns.

She was in commission for 2,150 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 29 June 1922. She recommissioned in 1932. She was struck from the register on 13 August 1945.

She was broken up for scrap on 30 November 1945.
