EK-19 was a Tacoma-class frigate of the United States Navy. She was named for City of Muskogee. Her keel was laid on 18 September 1943. Launched on 18 October 1943, she entered service on 16 March 1944.

76 ships of the class were built. The class followed the Asheville-class patrol frigate and was succeeded by the none.

Displacement was 2,415 long tons. She measured 92.3 m (303 ft) long with a beam of 11.3 m (37 ft). Her designed speed was 20 knots, and she carried a complement of 190. Her main battery was of 76 mm (3.0 in) calibre.
