EK-10 was a Tacoma-class frigate in service with the United States Navy. She was named for City of Ogden. Her keel was laid on 21 May 1943. Launched on 23 June 1943, she entered service on 20 December 1943.
76 ships of the class were built. The class followed the Asheville-class patrol frigate and was succeeded by the none.
She displaced 1,264 long tons. She measured 92.3 m (303 ft) long with a beam of 11.3 m (37 ft). Her designed speed was 20 knots, and she carried a complement of 190. Her main battery was of 76 mm (3.0 in) calibre.
She served with the United States Navy as Ogden until 1977. She then passed to the Soviet Navy, serving as EK-10 from 12 July 1945. She then passed to the Imperial Japanese Navy, serving as Kusu from 14 January 1953. She was in commission for 674 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 12 July 1945.
She was transferred on 28 June 1977.
