HMS Hasty was a H-class destroyer in service with the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number H24. Her keel was laid at William Denny & Brothers, Dumbarton on 15 April 1935. She was launched on 5 May 1936.

Her class ran to 23 ships. The class followed the E and F-class destroyer and was succeeded by the I-class destroyer.

Displacement was 1,350 long tons. She measured 98.5 m (323 ft) long with a beam of 10.1 m (33 ft). Her designed speed was 36 knots, and she carried a complement of 137.

Her main battery was four 119 mm (4.7 in) guns. Her machinery developed 34,000 shp through two shafts.

She was in commission for 1,017 days of the Second World War.

She was scuttled on 14 June 1942, at 34°10′N 22°00′E. The wreck survives.
