HMS Tortola was a Colony-class frigate/Tacoma-class patrol frigate of the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number PG-199. Her keel was laid on 16 October 1943. Launched on 16 November 1943, she entered service on 16 May 1944.

She was one of 45 ships of her class.
