EK-19 was a Tacoma-class frigate of the United States Navy. She was named for City of Muskogee. Her keel was laid on 18 September 1943. Launched on 18 October 1943, she entered service on 16 March 1944.
76 ships of the class were built. The class followed the Asheville-class patrol frigate and was succeeded by the none.
Displacement was 2,415 long tons. She measured 92.3 m (303 ft) long with a beam of 11.3 m (37 ft). Her designed speed was 20 knots, and she carried a complement of 190. Her main battery was of 76 mm (3.0 in) calibre.
She served with the United States Navy as Muskogee until 15 September 1972. She then passed to the Soviet Navy, serving as EK-19 from 26 August 1945. She was in commission for 542 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 26 August 1945. She was struck from the register on 15 September 1972.
