USS Boarfish was a Balao-class submarine diesel-electric submarine in service with the United States Navy. Electric Boat Company, Groton, Connecticut laid her keel on 12 August 1943. Launched on 21 May 1944, she entered service on 23 September 1944.

She was one of 111 ships of her class. The class followed the Gato-class submarine and was succeeded by the Tench-class submarine.

She measured 94.8 m (311 ft) long with a beam of 8.2 m (27 ft). Her designed speed was 20.2 knots, and she carried a complement of 10. Her main battery was of 127 mm (5 in) calibre.

She served with the United States Navy as USS Boarfish (SS-327) until 23 May 1948. She then passed to the Turkish Navy, serving as TCG Sakarya (S-332) from 23 August 1948. She was in commission for 344 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 23 May 1948. She was struck from the register on 28 May 1948.

She was transferred on 1 January 1974.
