USS Breeman was a Cannon-class destroyer escort built for the United States Navy. She was named for George Breeman. Her keel was laid at Dravo Corporation, Wilmington, Delaware on 20 March 1943. She entered service on 12 December 1943, having been launched on 4 September 1943.

She was one of 79 ships of her class. The class followed the Buckley-class destroyer escort and was succeeded by the Edsall-class destroyer escort.

She displaced 1,240 long tons. She measured 93.3 m (306 ft) long with a beam of 11.0 m (36 ft). Her designed speed was 21 knots, and she carried a complement of 216.

Her main battery was three 76 mm (3 in) guns.

She served with the United States Navy as USS Breeman (DE-104) until 26 April 1946. She was in commission for 630 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 26 April 1946. She was struck from the register on 22 December 1948.

She was broken up for scrap in December 1972.
