USS Brough was a Edsall-class destroyer escort of the United States Navy. The ship was named after David Atkins Brough. Consolidated Steel Corporation, Orange, Texas laid her keel on 22 January 1943. Launched on 10 April 1943, she entered service on 18 September 1943.

78 ships of the class were built. The class followed the Cannon-class destroyer escort and was succeeded by the Rudderow-class destroyer escort.

She displaced 1,253 long tons standard and 1,590 long tons at full load. She measured 93.3 m (306 ft) long with a beam of 11.2 m (37 ft). Her designed speed was 21 knots, and she carried a complement of 209.

Her main battery was three 76 mm (3 in) guns.

She was in commission for 715 days of the Second World War. She was struck from the register on 1 November 1965.

She was broken up for scrap in 1967.
