HMS St. Helena was a Colony-class frigate/Tacoma-class patrol frigate, operated by the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number PG-194. She was named for Admiral Sir Thomas Pasley. Her keel was laid on 22 September 1943. Launched on 20 October 1943, she entered service on 19 February 1944.
She was one of 45 ships of her class.
