USS Pearl was a destroyer escort of the Colony-class frigate/Tacoma-class patrol frigate of the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number PF-88. Her keel was laid on 28 September 1943. Launched on 30 October 1943, she entered service on 12 February 1944.
Her class ran to 45 ships.
