USS Icefish was a Balao-class submarine diesel-electric submarine in service with the United States Navy. Manitowoc Shipbuilding Co., Manitowoc, Wisconsin laid her keel on 4 September 1943. She entered service on 10 June 1944, having been launched on 20 February 1944.

111 ships of the class were built. The class followed the Gato-class submarine and was succeeded by the Tench-class submarine.

The boat displaced 1,526 long tons surfaced and 2,424 long tons submerged. She measured 94.8 m (311 ft) long with a beam of 8.2 m (27 ft). Her designed speed was 20.2 knots, and she carried a complement of 10. Her main battery was of 127 mm (5 in) calibre.

She served with the United States Navy as USS Icefish (SS-367) until 15 July 1971. She then passed to the Royal Netherlands Navy, serving as HNLMS Walrus (S802) from 21 February 1953. She was in commission for 449 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 21 June 1946. She recommissioned on 5 May 1952. She was struck from the register on 15 July 1971.

She was broken up for scrap on 15 August 1971.
