USS Popham was a destroyer escort of the Colony-class frigate/Tacoma-class patrol frigate of the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number PF-90. Her keel was laid on 11 October 1943. Launched on 11 November 1943, she entered service on 22 February 1944.
Her class ran to 45 ships.
