USS Sheboygan was a destroyer escort of the Tacoma-class frigate in service with the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number PF-57. The ship was named after City of Sheboygan. Globe Shipbuilding Company, Superior, Wisconsin laid her keel on 17 April 1943. Launched on 31 July 1943, she entered service on 26 May 1944.
She was one of 76 ships of her class. The class followed the Asheville-class patrol frigate and was succeeded by the none.
She displaced 1,264 long tons. She measured 92.3 m (303 ft) long with a beam of 11.3 m (37 ft). Her designed speed was 20 knots, and she carried a complement of 190. Her main battery was of 76 mm (3.0 in) calibre.
She served with the United States Navy as Sheboygan until 9 August 1946. She was in commission for 464 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 1 June 1944. She recommissioned on 14 October 1944. She was struck from the register in 1957.
She was broken up for scrap in 1958.
