USS Frazier was a Benson-class destroyer in service with the United States Navy. The ship was named after Daniel Frazier. She was built by Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corporation, San Francisco, California. She entered service on 30 July 1942, having been launched on 17 March 1942.

30 ships of the class were built. The class followed the Sims-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Gleaves-class destroyer.

Displacement was 1,620 long tons. She measured 106.1 m (348 ft) long with a beam of 11.0 m (36 ft). Her designed speed was 37.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 191.

Her main battery was seven 20 mm (0.8 in) guns. Her machinery developed 50,000 hp.

She was in commission for 1,132 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 15 April 1946. She was struck from the register on 1 July 1971.

She was broken up for scrap on 6 October 1972.
