HMS Cambrian was a C-class destroyer (1943) destroyer in service with the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number R85. Scotts, Greenock laid her keel on 14 August 1942. Launched on 10 December 1943, she entered service on 17 July 1944.
She was one of 40 ships of her class. The class followed the W and Z-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Weapon-class destroyer.
She displaced 1,710 long tons. She measured 110.3 m (362 ft) long with a beam of 10.7 m (35 ft). Her designed speed was 36 knots, and she carried a complement of 186.
Her main battery was four 114 mm (4.5 in) guns. 40,000 shp drove two shafts.
She was in commission for 412 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned in 1968.
She was broken up for scrap in August 1971.
