HMS Carysfort was a C-class destroyer (1943) destroyer in service with the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number R25. J. Samuel White & Co, Cowes laid her keel on 12 May 1943. Launched on 25 July 1944, she entered service on 10 February 1945.
Her class ran to 40 ships. The class followed the W and Z-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Weapon-class destroyer.
She displaced 1,710 long tons. She measured 110.6 m (363 ft) long with a beam of 10.9 m (36 ft). Her designed speed was 36 knots, and she carried a complement of 186. Her main battery was of 114 mm (4.5 in) calibre.
She was in commission for 204 days of the Second World War.
She was broken up for scrap on 23 October 1970.
