HMS Creole was a C-class destroyer (1943) destroyer built for the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number R82. White, Cowes laid her keel on 3 August 1944. She entered service on 14 October 1946, having been launched on 22 November 1945.

She was one of 40 ships of her class. The class followed the W and Z-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Weapon-class destroyer.

She displaced 1,710 long tons. She measured 110.6 m (363 ft) long with a beam of 10.9 m (36 ft). Her designed speed was 37 knots, and she carried a complement of 186. Her main battery was of 114 mm (4.5 in) calibre.

She served with the Royal Navy as HMS Creole until 1956.

She was broken up for scrap in 1982.
