USS Henshaw was a Clemson-class destroyer in service with the United States Navy. The ship was named after David Henshaw. She was built by Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corporation, Squantum Victory Yard. She entered service on 10 December 1919, having been launched on 28 June 1919.
She was one of 84 ships of her class. The class followed the Wickes-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Farragut-class destroyer (1934).
Displacement was 1,308 long tons. She measured 95.7 m (314 ft) long with a beam of 9.1 m (30 ft). Her designed speed was 35 knots, and she carried a complement of 122.
Her main battery was four 102 mm (4 in) guns.
She was decommissioned on 11 March 1930. She was struck from the register on 22 July 1930.
She was broken up for scrap on 14 November 1930.
