HMS Carron was a C-class destroyer (1943) destroyer of the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number R30. Her keel was laid at Scotts, Greenock on 26 November 1942. Launched on 28 March 1944, she entered service on 28 July 1944.

40 ships of the class were built. The class followed the W and Z-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Weapon-class destroyer.

Displacement was 1,710 long tons. She measured 110.3 m (362 ft) long with a beam of 10.7 m (35 ft). Her designed speed was 36 knots, and she carried a complement of 186.

Her main battery was four 114 mm (4.5 in) guns. 40,000 shp drove two shafts.

She was in commission for 401 days of the Second World War.

She was broken up for scrap on 10 March 1967.
